Human and Administration Unit

The Human and Administration Unit shall be responsible for providing administrative support and maintenance of buildings for smooth operation.

The Unit shall perform the following specific functions:

 

  1. Provide logistical and administrative support services in order to enhance operations;
  2. Manage records in order to facilitate easy storage and retrieval of information;
  3. Manage staff welfare in order to ensure their wellbeing;
  4. Operationalize integrity committees in order to create general awareness on the dangers and effects of corruption and unethical conduct;
  5. Facilitating the rehabilitation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment;
  6. Facilitating the maintenance of office buildings and surroundings; and
  7. Develop and manage fleet management register for improve accountability of moveable assets.
