THE NATIONAL GENDER POLICY 2023

The National Gender Policy was tabled before the 20^th sitting of Cabinet and was approved. The policy is now available for reference and use.

The policy was also considered as the Policy of the year 2023 after receiving an overwhelming 100% support from all line Ministries.

Gender Division under the Office of the President is mandated to promote gender equality as outlined in the Government Gazette Notice No. 1123 of 2021.
